The Telesis Community Non Profit Trust, in conjunction with Telesis Community Credit Union’s new Bonk Rewards™ program, will award $4,000 in scholarships to high school students who have a strong commitment to community service and a record of academic excellence.

Each student will be required to submit a resume of community service activity as well as write two essays.

Essay One:
Describe one of your most rewarding community service experiences.

Essay Two:
Why is it important for consumers to be financially responsible and how does a program like Telesis’ Bonk Rewards benefit consumers?

Applicant Eligibility Requirements:

1. Must be a member or have an immediate relative who is a member of Telesis Community Credit Union.
   Not a member? It’s easy to become one!
2. Student must be completing his/her senior year in high school
3. Student must be in good standing with their school and may not be on disciplinary or academic probation.
4. Must have an academic GPA of at least 2.0.

Judging
Essays will be reviewed for:

• Clarity of Expression
• Composition
• Content
• Originality
